Refund policy
We want you to love your Swae travel pieces. If you’re not 100% happy, we'll make the returns process easy.
If you need to make a return, simply send your order number, the item your returning, and the reason for return to support@swaetravel.com, and we’ll guide you from there.
To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging bag.
- Returns must be lodged within 30 days from the delivery date.
Please allow 5–10 business days for returns to be processed once received.
Australian Returns
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless your item is faulty.
International Returns
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless your item is faulty. We are unable to refund any customs duties or taxes paid. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for any return items lost during transit.
